This is my second time filling this out! !!!! Really… ?? Ok going back to my memory bank, I made an appointment to have my oil and filter done. I spoke to Mr Personality (Rick) you still !!!! Really… ?? Ok going back to my memory bank, I made an appointment to have my oil and filter done. I spoke to Mr Personality (Rick) you still listening?? So I called and said I would like a tech to drive the truck first thing in the morning and see if he/she feels a hesitation…. As I’ve been feeling the hesitation in the morning. Dropped truck off Sat for a 9 am Monday appointment so they would have it to do the early morning test drive for hesitation! Mr. Personality calls and tells me he got the oil and filter done etc. but they had a shortage of techs due to vacation and illness. So the one tech couldn’t take a test drive but wants me bring it back. I live in East Dennis & with the price of gas these days, that makes me not very happy at all!! So I read my report and it said tires were rotated, pressure adjusted and tires were reset to proper place. Next morning I look at the gauge on my tires and all read 45 lbs. I raised pressure prior to trip to Florida. Pressure not adjusted as stated and paid for. I specifically asked Mr Personality to check pressure and location of tires. Don’t mind paying for service I received but don’t like BS. Doubt I will be back to Marty’s with my truck!!!! More

I brought my Florida car in after stalling out for a week. Diagnosis was solonids I think. 2 hours later it ran great. We are heading to Florida on schedule with no worries.
