Marty’s went above and beyond to help our family return home after a complex job. Their technician even came into work on a Saturday to get the job done in time and Jill the customer service representativ home after a complex job. Disappointed that the first service on a $65k truck doesn’t get an interior / exterior cleaning. Just an oil change and sent on your way. Even our Subaru dealer washes and vacuums the car during regul doesn’t get an interior / exterior cleaning. Just an oil change and sent on your way. Even our Subaru dealer washes and vacuums the car during regular service! I guess Chevrolet still has a long way to go in service. I just switched from 30 years of ownership of Ford F-150’s and this is my first Chevy. Maybe it was a mistake. More

It took 10 days for you to even “diagnosis” my truck when I told you what the problem was in the first place. Then had the audacity to charge me $700 dollars more than what anyone else would charge.
