We are very sorry that the recent service experience was not to your expectations. Unfortunately, when dealing with a 13 year old vehicle (2011) with very high mileage (194,319) complications arise. Additionally, because you did not want to pay for anything and only wanted repairs that would be covered by your aftermarket warranty, there was great difficulty and delay in communication with the warranty company. They sourced the parts which added to the delay time.and, regrettably, did not cover most of the service work that was recommended to you. We hope that the items presented to you on the multi point inspection do not outright fail. If they do we would be happy to address them and if not us, you have insight from that inspection that you can provide to another shop.
