As a long time Chevy owner, I brought in my 5th suburban, a 2013. It was running rough and had a service suspension warning. I dropped the car off 9/24 and it took until October 22 to get the car back. I und a 2013. It was running rough and had a service suspension warning. I was often on hold for a long time or many times I couldn’t reach service. I’m new to the area and have used imperial Chevrolet previously which was an entirely different experience.
