As a long time Chevy owner, I brought in my 5th suburban, a 2013. It was running rough and had a service suspension warning. I dropped the car off 9/24 and it took until October 22 to get the car back. I und a 2013. It was running rough and had a service suspension warning. I was often on hold for a long time or many times I couldn’t reach service. I’m new to the area and have used imperial Chevrolet previously which was an entirely different experience. The service was horrible, they had my vehicle for 5 weeks the service department lied to me, & the truck is still not right. I will never have anything to do with this dealership nor would I recommend any on the service department lied to me, & the truck is still not right. I will never have anything to do with this dealership nor would I recommend any one to go there to have any kind of service done, they told me that I needed a shifter cable that they wanted ovr 700 dollars to fix I chose not to have them do it, when I took to a mechanic he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my shifter cable, I am going to report them to the better business bureau More
