Worked with Jeff, with a little help from Ron, to determine they had a vehicle that meet my requirements. The purchasing process with Jeff was straightforward. Jeff is a seasoned sales professional, listened to my needs, followed thru and was not "pushy". He correctly understood what I wanted and how I wanted work. Jeff worked with his managers and got what I felt was a fair deal. With the exception of warranties and registration/dealer paperwork, Jeff handled it all to my satisfaction. This dealerships service departments is horrible the left hand doesn't know what the right hand has done. Recall ECU Reprogramming The scheduling, and work were done in a timely and professional manner. After getting the vehicle back I noticed that the dashboard screen showed that The scheduling, and work were done in a timely and professional manner. After getting the vehicle back I noticed that the dashboard screen showed that the fuel filter life was at 100% (it was 12% when I dropped it off). I called service back to ask if the filter had been changed (didn't show that it was on receipt), but they were unavailable, so I left a messa ge with the receptionist to have service return my call. They never did. More
