They had my car for 3 days. I came with my spear set and took my car to get repaired at another facility and they never even knew 5 days later when I came to pick up my keys. I will say Chris who always answered the phone was very nice and explained everything. Jillian Was also helpful. Just has to wait for the part to come in. It took 2days for them to get the part.
