As a long time Chevy owner, I brought in my 5th suburban, a 2013. It was running rough and had a service suspension warning. I dropped the car off 9/24 and it took until October 22 to get the car back. I und a 2013. It was running rough and had a service suspension warning. I was often on hold for a long time or many times I couldn’t reach service. I’m new to the area and have used imperial Chevrolet previously which was an entirely different experience. It just seemed like I had to chase down what was going on for a long time More

The service was horrible, they had my vehicle for 5 weeks the service department lied to me, & the truck is still not right. I will never have anything to do with this dealership nor would I recommend any on the service department lied to me, & the truck is still not right. I will never have anything to do with this dealership nor would I recommend any one to go there to have any kind of service done, they told me that I needed a shifter cable that they wanted ovr 700 dollars to fix I chose not to have them do it, when I took to a mechanic he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my shifter cable, I am going to report them to the better business bureau More

Service center was very easy to communicate with. Difficult car issue that they explored thoroughly. Electronic issues on new cars not always easy to diagnose.
