We have been going to Marty's in Kingston for the past 17 years and have been quite dissatisfied with the staff. The last few times we have gone there for service we have had the absolute best experience wit years and have been quite dissatisfied with the staff. The last few times we have gone there for service we have had the absolute best experience with Adam. He customer service care is top notch and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. I called approximately 30 dealerships before buying my truck from you. I define a customer who could be a nightmare. I would say approximately 27 of these sales associates gave up. I walk out of their dealship, they were doing nothing when I walked in, and they were doing nothing when I left. xxx! They have a real customer, not a “tire kicker “, they let him escape. We have 3 associates left. Corey Ameral is one of the 3. He listens, finds me my truck at another dealer. Obtains it. Gives me a good price. I buy it from him. Corey makes the best effort. Makes the sale. From my perspective, it’s Corey GMC. My effort took 2 days. Buyers have never had an easier process. By the way, Roberto also represents Marty’s well also.
