Above and Beyond They went out of their way to make sure my wife got the Jeep of her dreams. They searched endlessly to try and find one that was in her price range, w They went out of their way to make sure my wife got the Jeep of her dreams. They searched endlessly to try and find one that was in her price range, when that failed they custom built a 2020 that matched her price. Paperwork was a smooth quick process unlike some that I have dealt with. Overall great buying experience and have already recommended them to others. THANKS More

Horrible service after sale and lie after lie when you call Bought a 2015 ram longhorn in july, within a couple days i noticed exhaust leak on passenger side manifold after startup. Common issue with these hemi engines no big deal usually just requires removing manifold and any bolts broken and put new gasket with new bolts on. They have lied repeatedly about looking at/fixing issue even though it came with 3 month warranty and i purchased an additional 2 year warranty, Salesman joe was great no problems there. Julie in finance was very nice. Rick in service department, last name unknown is a LIAR. Service department lies are just too much to deal with. I love the truck but if i knew about there lying service department manager i would have looked elsewhere. I really dont like being lied to or given the runaround for the last 3 months. Its just unnecessary. Would not buy another vehicle from them in the future. In January of this year i bought my wife a new Nisssan Maxima from autocenters nissan in woodriver il. now those folks know what customer service is! Everyone in service department at Mart Cancella should have to spend a week over at nissan in woodriver to learn how you should treat customers. Thanks and good luck, Charles More

My experience at Marty Cancila on Saturday, August 31, 2019 was nothing short of IMPECCABLE! Mr. Cortez made me feel at ease, relaxed and like family. I entered the dealership in a nervous, uncertain mind frame but Mr. Cortez spoke with calmness, knowledge, professionalism, and without any pressure which made me feel like I wasn’t purchasing a vehicle, but actually building a relationship. Mr. Jordan added the toppings by making sure my BRAND NEW 2019 Dodge Journey was clean to his standards and I truly appreciate his efforts. Plus he did it with a HUGE smile on his face! OOOH…sorry I almost forgot to mention Mr. Mike “MY” finance manager who presented a contract I just couldn’t refuse. He took certain things into consideration most auto dealerships wouldn’t even think about. I’m looking forward to making some fond memories with my new truck thanks to the Marty Cancila Family.
