Having not purchased a vehicle in over 11 years and have owned 2 F-150's for the past 17 years...a few of my buddies have Ram's so this was my vehicle Having not purchased a vehicle in over 11 years and have owned 2 F-150's for the past 17 years...a few of my buddies have Ram's so this was my vehicle of choice this time. I looked for over 2 months to find the perfect truck for me and Marty Cancila had it! I sent an email expressing interest in a 2011 and within 2 hours I was contacted by Jordan (someone else actually contacted me sooner than that; sorry but can't remember the name but you know who you are and I appreciate the quick response.) I had also called and emailed 5 other dealerships on other vehicles, but the quickest reply I had from them was a 2 day delay; and I want to add 3 of them were very rude on the phone, which obviously did not earn my business; the other 2 just sent me an email telling me the price and never called me. I had the opportunity to get to know Jordan for a day before the sale took place and I can say he is a genuine great person; both personally and professionally...he is not just a "pushy sales person" just looking to make a buck; he takes the time to actually try and get to know his customers...all I want to say is Jordan; you are the man and yes, I love this sweet ride!!! I was very comfortable and never felt pressured to buy. When I decided to purchase, I was introduced to Leo in finance who answered all of my questions thoroughly.
