Marty Cancila was the last place we went to and we wished we would have just went there from the beginning. It was a breath of fresh air, compared to dealing with all the pushy, shady Dealers we went through. The truck we bought was a Gem, and had everything and more for under or the same price these other Dealerships was selling their trucks for. The truck we bought make's all the one's we looked at- look, sound, and run like Lemon's!! Lavell Caradine was our salesman and he knew the truck inside and out, very knowledgeable. He made us feel like we were hanging out with a friend rather than trying to sell us something. Great guy, with an awesome personality. Everyone there was very helpful and nice. It is nice to drive down the road in something and be totally proud of what your in, and what you paid for it. We would recommend them to any, and everybody!! Thank You!! Sales representative Sean Gracy operated in simplicity; "James, tell us the deal you all are looking for & we'll try to make happen." He displayed superb listening skills, displayed a wealth of sales and product knowledge that bridged a sense of trust & dependability. It really caught my attention, that whenever I gravitated away from a particular vehicle, Sean didn't attempt to pressure me into something I expressed interest against. One can really appreciated that kind of service. When I walk into a business, I initially measure its service on how I'm initially greeted, the friendliness and timeliness of service, to include the willingness and ability to meet by needs, based on the knowledge base in personnel. Next, I look for consistency in the proposal from the beginning to the final signing. Lastly, I ask myself if I was truly satisfied and if there were any areas of opportunity for improvement. I believe there is always room for improvement in a business, but none was brought to my attention that day. I really appreciated Mike's diplomacy who handled the financial piece of the arrangement. He answered all of my questions, with precise knowledgeable wording, demonstrating he knew his product. He was up front, straight forward and out in the open with what he proposed. I believe this is the best approach in making the customer aware of what is required. What I liked most about Mike, was his ability to explain the proposed contract in laymen's terms, with a sense of patience and understanding that makes a customer feel comfortable in asking the same question more than once. My overall experience with Sean and Mike of the aforementioned is complete satisfaction!! More

After a few weeks of searching for my ideal car that fits my price point, AutoTrader pointed me to Marty Cancila. I called and spoke with Joe about the vehicle and came out for a test drive the same evening. After a few minutes in the car, we were ready to sign the loan papers. Joe was very courteous, friendly, and went beyond what's expected to get a great price on my new car. FYI-internet prices are their bottom dollar....not like the old days of haggling. We recently bought a car from a different dealership and can honestly attest that Marty Cancila's crew is much more ethical and straightforward. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Mike in the finance department got us a great interest rate on our loan and spelled out the details of the loan-all the individual numbers. He didn't bundle things that we didn't want or need to get us at a certain price point. (Which leads me to a tip for new car buyers--don't give out a monthly payment number. Do the work ahead of time--check your credit, apply for an auto loan, and know what rate you should be offered and tell them the number you have to stay under. Otherwise you'll end up with a bunch of warranties that you might not need or want) All in all, we're very happy with our experience at Marty Cancila and look forward to working with them in the future (hopefully a few years out!)! Very bad experience I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot from Marty Cancilla and at first everything was fine. Our salesman, Jordan, was very friendly and helpful. We I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot from Marty Cancilla and at first everything was fine. Our salesman, Jordan, was very friendly and helpful. We took the car on a test drive, liked it, and decided to purchase it. We fill out the application and then sit for over an hour without hearing anything. Finally, Leo from finance comes and tells us he has approvals but he doesn't want to accept them so he needs us to come back tomorrow because it was time to close. We did not have much time to spare the next day but we reluctantly decide to come back because they claimed we would be there less than thirty minutes. We were there for over two hours. At this point we had been dealing with Leo exclusively and he is the reason for this poor review. He is rude and should not be working in a position where customer service is important. We looked past our negative feelings about Leo and moved forward. When we turned in pay stubs to verify income Leo was bold enough to call both my wife and myself liars because our stubs did not match what we wrote down. My wife had started a new job a week prior and I had been promoted a couple months prior which reset my year to date income to zero. I understood the problem and agreed to get a letter from both of our employers to verify this number. However, Leo managed to make this a hassle as well. I had to request two different letters from my HR department and neither of those were good enough for him. Eventually I wrote it myself and that did the job. After making both my wife and myself feel like we were unimportant and low lifes we left with our vehicle. Three weeks later, Leo is calling us saying our loan was never official even though we signed all the papers and had copies of them. There were more things we needed to provide to them. At this time I told them I wanted my old car back and I did not want the Patriot from them. Well I was then informed they already sold my car and if I brought the car back I would owe them money. We eventually got things worked out once I requested to never speak to Leo again and dealt with the manager. Two more months go by and Leo calls to let me know they screwed up the mileage on my trade so I needed to come by to sign something to prove the mileage was correct now. Long story short, Leo in finance is rude and will make you jump through hoops. I can only hope the dealership comes to their senses and gets rid of him before he runs this dealership into the ground. I will never be back exclusively because of Leo. More
