Service manager was great. It stopped there Greg guy assigned lied about repair time. Told I had to leave my car it would be ready next day! Got call asking me was I bringing my car in. Left work assigned lied about repair time. Told I had to leave my car it would be ready next day! Got call asking me was I bringing my car in. Left work went by there work had just been started on Friday morning. (Car dropped off Wednesday). It is Monday no communications I have had to do all calling! My car will have been there a week tomorrow! Scared to death of outcome of repairs! All attempts to reach service manager have been blocked! Taking car to have it looked over when returned (no trust). More

I was referred to the Marty Cancila dealership by a business associate and can truthfully say my Jeep Grand Cherokee buying experience was excellent. Dylan Moody was my sales associate and handled the business associate and can truthfully say my Jeep Grand Cherokee buying experience was excellent. Dylan Moody was my sales associate and handled the transaction quickly and efficiently. Most of the sales process was conducted by telephone and once I arrived and signed the required documents, I was on my way. Dylan called me a few days later to ask if I had any issues. Excellent Service I started with the internet search, the results were positive. I received a call back almost immediately from (Lamont). Requested information about the vehicle I was interested in, it was in stock, made an appointment with Lamont, he wasn't available that day but had (I think TK) call me to confirm my appointment and he would meet with me. I walked into the dealership and was greeted immediately by the owner!!! Tony Ware was assigned to me as the consultant. The financing with Mike Hilfink, went extremely well, also. From the time entering the dealership until I left, the service was awesome! I have never walked in a car dealership to purchase a auto and walkout 2.5 hrs later. The price was less than I thought I would pay for this auto. It was effective, productive and very exciting to purchase our newly owned vehicle from Marty Cancila. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. More
