He quickly found several cars that matched my very picky preferences, and after I made my selection, he arranged a dealer trade and had the car ready for me the very next day. I was out of town throughout this process so he sent me pics of the car and even started it up and let me hear it. This goes above and beyond! He took great care of me (and my new car) throughout the whole process and I cannot imagine being treated any better.
