I took my Hellcat here for service & it was stolen from them Aug 16 2024 they did nothing to help me & was very dismissive they didn’t care at all & did nothing to help me the owner is Tony Cancila & they them Aug 16 2024 they did nothing to help me & was very dismissive they didn’t care at all & did nothing to help me the owner is Tony Cancila & they have no way for you to even get in touch with him they left my car out vulnerable to theft overnight & turned my kill switch off i don’t care what nobody says it seemed like a inside job i was told by police they have cars stolen from them often & they don’t care to do anything about it i wouldn’t recommend them to anyone More

They damaged my car and was very rude about the situation and the server Matt did not do his job and take pictures like he was supposed to the manager David did not show me any pictures like he promised the and the server Matt did not do his job and take pictures like he was supposed to the manager David did not show me any pictures like he promised they had my for over 2-3 weeks and can’t show me and videos or pictures,& when they found out I had insurance coverage they did something to my vehicle so I can bring it back for more repairs 1700 the first time and 500 the second time very poor communication and the takes 4-5 on a schedule oil change it’s a very sad dealership & I will never take my cars there again. I AM SOOOO SICK OF MARTY CANCILA!!!! I have a Jeep Renegade 2018, there has been a recall for this car and we have been back and fourth with the services team at least 2/3 times since April 2021. I have had nothing but issues with the Service Team as every time they get the car they say things are fixed but yet I have to take the car back. The service rep CARLY horrible attitude, explained to her several times that the car has a loud hissing and motor is very loud. They also forgot to connect some things with the exhaust after recall and said that we didn't know what we are talking about. Im stuck in this lease for a car I did not want and was told I had to get by the sales rep Cortez with a high very high interest rate. I was told that I could trade in the vehicle after 6months/1y to lower the rate NEVER HAPPENED. When I did try to trade the car in now no one is willing to pick up the loan and I can't do what I was promised I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THIS TEAM OR LETTING THE SERVICE TEAM WORK ON ANY CARS AS THEY ARE GOOD AT CALLING YOU A LIAR AND NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE. I WISH I HAD "NEVER" WENT DOWN THIS ROUTE AND NO ONE IS EVER WILLING TO HELP. FAIR WARNING, READ THESE COMMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING, I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF! I contacted this dealer about as pre-owned 2009 Dodge Ram they had listed on a website. They just got it in and it wouldn’t be ready to see for a few days. The first day of contact was Feb 15, 2021. I wait they had listed on a website. They just got it in and it wouldn’t be ready to see for a few days. The first day of contact was Feb 15, 2021. I waited for pics that I was told I would get and they never came. I texted again on the 17th. Was told they will retail the truck but it would need brake work. I was fine with that. On the 30th I was told the truck should be ready by the 24th. All this time I was told that I would have first shot at buying the truck. This came from the sales person and the used car manager Rick Burtoff. The parts came in Wednesday and I was told it would be ready by Thursday. The wrong parts came I delaying the time a by another day, Friday 26. Throughout this entire sequence of events I told them because of my work schedule Fridays and Saturdays don’t work for me. I was assured, again, that I would had first in line to see the truck on March 1, today. I texted to make sure the truck was ready and was told that it was sold on Saturday. A different salesman sold the truck with the blessings of the manager who had said he would hold the vehicle. Had done things on a timely basis I would have bought this truck. Instead I’ve wasted 2 weeks of my time and could have found a different vehicle during that time. This is what gives car dealers the rotten reputation that they do often deserve. I would NOT recommend Marty Cancila to anyone. More
