3/25/23 We bought a New Kia Seltos S from Liz and Joey in sales and also Clint in finance yesterday at Martin Swanty Kia. It was a very enjoyable experience. First and last visit I just moved here and had them change my oil. Worst experience!!! He implied that a tire rotation came with the oil change. When I asked him if there I just moved here and had them change my oil. Worst experience!!! He implied that a tire rotation came with the oil change. When I asked him if there was an additional charge he said there was (I asked him because I had never heard of getting a free tire rotation with an oil change). I had bought my car from Hertz in Portland. He then started going down a list of service that was due. He told me if I didn't do the service he recommended, he would notify Kia and it could void my warranty. I had only put on a few thousand miles from I first bought it and Hertz doers all the required factory warranty. I would never go back to this or any dealership Martin Swanty owned. How could I ever trust this dealer after this? I also had my Chevrolet serviced at the Kingman Chevy dealer and what an opposite experience. They were very professional and strait forward. More
