I guess it depends on if you know anyone at that place. Very poor customer service especially service department. After days of calling I decided to go in to schedule appointment for a recall service I waited at the counter for 35 mins. Guy sitting at service desk saw me standing there and didn't care to ask if I needed help. After 45 mins a person appears and tells me I need to talk to "service guy" really??? I scheduled my appointment, dropped off my car, waited all day for some to call me to tell me that my car is done but, No! My husband called 7 times before he got someone to answer. I went to get my car and 2 "service guys" (one of them was the one who I dealt with before) just talking $hit with each other annother female and completely ignored me waiting to talk to them. I sat there for 30 mins before an older gentleman approached me and helped me..those "service guys" denied they saw me waiting for them. Seriously??? Because I am not a white woman??? I blended in so well with their white decor, they didn't see me???? BTW I was wearing black. I know my review will be trashed but I hope someone of authority reads this before it disappears and do something about it.. sales shouldn't be the only place for good service...just saying if they don't know! Where to start other than shady dealership. Made a deal yesterday on a 2021 Grand Cherokee and was getting ready to make the 5 hour trip to suddenly get a text from Devon and he was sorry but the unit sold yesterday on a 2021 Grand Cherokee and was getting ready to make the 5 hour trip to suddenly get a text from Devon and he was sorry but the unit sold. I get a call first thing this morning to be told hey the deal fell through last night with the other buyer and if I wanted it the Jeep was mine. I had Devon send me the paperwork and told him all was good and I was on my way. 2 hours into the drive Devon calls me and says oh man the Jeep is sold again sorry about that. I was beyond pissed and then some guy who claimed to be the General Manager “Rodney?” Answered my call and said well I have to many salesman and they don’t know when stuff sales so it is what it is, but if I wanted he would sale me another Jeep for $500 over invoice so I told him to send me the offer as I was already halfway there. 30 minutes later a salesman called me named Sheldon and said everyone was busy and he would take over the deal...I asked if he was a manager and he said he was a salesman. He then sent me the “awesome” deal which was higher than their regular online price. Do not travel to this dealership as they have shown their true colors. More
We have a 2015 Ram w50p 5.7 hemi. We have been taking our truck to Flagsaff. We lived in Rimrock. Our tech Jon Vance at planet dodge in Flagstaff is amazing. We have had alot of issues. Jon made sure to communicate to me about everything that was going on. The only thing is that it took 2 1/2 months to get our truck fixed. We recently moved to Kingman. Our service tech here is Mike Rodgers. He went out of his way to call Jon in Flagstaff to get the whole load down of our truck. He communicated with me on what was being done and what parts we were waiting for. I appreciate that he kept me up to date. He made sure we had a rent a car for when our truck went back in. If in need I will be using Mike Ridgers here in Kingman. He is honest, polite, and knowledgeable about his position at .Martin Swanty. He is a great asset to this company. My things were in the trade in which they lost so I never got my things. More hassle with the new car as well. Contract has had to be re-done 3 times. I was almost ready to say take it back but the woman w got my things. More hassle with the new car as well. Contract has had to be re-done 3 times. I was almost ready to say take it back but the woman who deals with the contracts said I would be getting a bill for the use of the new car. The bank approved us yet 3 weeks in and I was told there was a problem AGAIN... Found my old car in their parking lot but my stuff was gone. Asked where it was and they have no clue AGAIN.. Felt like after they approved me that I was no longer important. The contract woman was rude to me. And I was an bother to the seller.They are friendly when they are trying to sell you something but afterwards forget it. It was bad enough I didn't pick out my car nor test drive it, but to be given the run around afterwards trying to find my things and now the problems.. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. As for my old car was told many things were wrong with it and it wold just to start off fixing it was 900.00, but I found out that what was really wrong with it was not the same thing as what they said... Fan blades, radiator plus find the leak to the oil was all that was wrong with it. Would not have cost the 2500.00 that the dealership said it would cost in the end. The co-signer said to just give them the new car, take the old car and go somewhere else, but lady in the office told me I would be getting a bill for the use of the car that I was approved of if I gave it back to them...
