The experience was great from beginning to end because of the knowledge and eagerness of Yvonne. We hit a glitch due to another dealer (Air Park Chrysler of Scottsdale) not following thru on a trade with Swa the knowledge and eagerness of Yvonne. We hit a glitch due to another dealer (Air Park Chrysler of Scottsdale) not following thru on a trade with Swanty for a vehicle we had tried to purchase (and not taking calls or returning calls to the various folk at Swanty that got involved), but Yvonne and others found another suitable vehicle and all proceeded well from there. Robert (the rep) did an exemplary job of taking care of the details. He served me as the customer - so many places don't get this right. Sales - Al is an old hand at four-wheeling so his explanation of the Jeep was spot-on. He was thorough and personable. He took the time to show the benefits and features - a time-tested, effective selling technique. He understands Jeep culture which is really not that different from the brand loyalty that Apple consumers show. More
