I purchased a 2020 Buick Encore from Martin pre owned . It was a long process to a few days. Everything worked out this was 11/22. I found that the bumper had needed a clip it was coming apart. Contacted them the prior manager Gino had it fixed with no problem. I had taken my vehicle to Buick dealership just for them. To put a buick plate on my front bumper. The dealership did a courtesy check on the jeep. At the time I had not had it for 3 months. Hardly miles put on it. Buck said contact Martin. And when I spoke to the rep that finalized my purchase with Martin. They said don’t do anything. Do not let the Buick dealership touch it. She was going to let her new Ana get know. Well I had to cal on several occasions. She once said she was still waiting for her manager to give her some answer. When I recently called again the person I se with said he will check into it. It’s not like them not to get back. He apologize. When he called me back he stated the rep said they called me back and told me the manager said they were not fixing the 2 issues. I told him that was not true a lie and I was consistently calling. He apologize and I was just shocked. I am a retired postal employee was injured. Now work remotely. I don’t drive often and need a top shape vehicle for a lot of doctor appts. If you purchase from Martin pre owned and it is not there cars Mazda or Honda. Take your vehicle t be checked by another dealer. Does not mean Martin will fix the issue. I am truly upset and disappointed more so in the Iies and what turned out t be unprofessionalism. Gino prior manager was on t if things don’t know what’s happend. More
