I have had very positive experiences at this location for the past five years, but I will not be going back after a service advisor failed to inform me that my service would be delayed for 5 hours. Beware of the past five years, but I will not be going back after a service advisor failed to inform me that my service would be delayed for 5 hours. Beware of David Murphy. He promised not to charge for a $350 part when he eventually checked in with me, as I had opted to have them install new brakes. The service took 2 hours longer than he estimated during this check-in, and David still charged me for the parts on the invoice! Once my vehicle was ready, David told me to “get some rest” when I questioned him about service costs. Moreover, David tried to act like he was doing a favor for me by replacing the air filters (it was the wrong type of filter) that were incorrectly installed by them last week. People make mistakes, but they refuse to accept responsibility for their actions and fulfill their promises. Negligent misrepresentation and fraud in the inducement at its finest. Absolutely disgusting that this employee still works there. More
