I felt comfortable test driving the cars with him because he could tell me what kind of little details each car had. I was not exactly sure what I was looking for but as soon as Rick showed me the first car, a Kia Sorento, I immediately knew that car was going to be mine. He took the time to show me every dial, button, and feature that this car had to offer. He compared it to some of the other choices I had in mind and told me the major differences between the cars. Every staff member that I encountered there was friendly and more then willing to help with whatever I needed. I will definitely be going back when I need to by another car and have already recommended friends and family to go there. He did an excellent job of working out the details on price and when we picked up the vehicle he was very thoro on the vehicle we were interested in.
