We had purchase vehicles in the past, but this was by far one of the best experiences. We knew that after experiencing the great customer service with Martin Kia and Rick, we would be back to purchase again. So, just 3 weeks ago I did just that!!! Ricks' Customer Service and personal knowledge of what I like made me very happy!! This is my second Kia and I'm a very happy Customer!!! Thanks Rick!! More

Not honest - use caution While they sell many cars and have a small amount of reviews in comparison. Most I would think are friends or bribed with free oil changes/gas cards. There seems to be communication issues due to having to many people in the discussion when trying to buy a new car. I have bought 2 cars from them before and had a really good experience. This last one was a worst ever from any deal on a purchase! It took 3 days to make the sale due to misrepresentation and correcting things they put into the deal from both the sales manager finance guy. Look out on the Bumper to Bumper warranty, the Finance guy like to stick this in there as a favor. "I will throw this in for free for the hassle". Even after clarifying I wanted nothing extra more than once. Brad the initial sales guy was awesome and Glenn was a good guy trying to correct the mess afterwards. At the end I got scolded by Rick (Frederico) for calling them out on the lies. He also antagonized me said go ahead and mention it on Social media. So hear it is. He was a real jerky guy. More

Rick was very pleasant to me and my wife, was great to work with, and did not try to force me into a quick decision. After negotiating with several dealerships via TrueCar, I went back to Rick and he was able to provide me the deal I wanted and put my wife in a new Sedona, which she is absolutely loving. After dealing with several dealerships, he proved to be the best in communications, service, and getting me what I needed for the price I could afford. Thank you Rick! More
Pleasantly Surprised I was under the strong assumption that I was going to have to look out of state to get a good deal on the purchase of my new vehicle. This was going to be my retirement car that I had saved a long time for and I was determined to get the best deal that I could make no matter how long it took and no matter how far I had to go for the best deal. Because this was the closest Kia dealership to me I went there first to test drive the car I had in mind. We didn't make a deal that day, but the salesperson I talked to said that they would beat any price that I could negotiate anywhere else. Long story short, I talked to dealerships in 4 states over the next month. When I had gotten what I believed was the best deal I remembered those words from Martin Kia and contacted them again. Honestly, I didn't think that they would beat that price but to my surprise they did! The salesman, Rick Rowe, Jr. that I dealt with was amazingly easy to talk to and deal with. Not your stereo-typical car salesman. And I mean that in a good way. I would advise anybody who is in the market for a new Kia to ask for Rick by name when you visit this dealership in Newark, DE. I should say that there was one moment when I thought this was going to turn from a dream come true into a nightmare. After getting home from purchasing the car I found a mistake on my purchase order. I had been overcharged and I thought "I should have known it was too good to be true." But after contacting Rick, it turned out to be an honest mistake. I even got a call from the sales manager instructing me to stop by the next day where they not only fixed the mistake, but filled my gas tank for the trouble. I'm now a very happy and satisfied customer. I got the car I wanted, for the best price and only had to drive 20 minutes from my home to make the deal. More
