Great customer service! Leased a Kia from Doug Kane. Great guy. Very helpful - he and his manager- can't remember his name- kept calling the bank- getting me the best deal. Then they turned me over to their finance guy- I think he name is Rick? Chinese guy- so great! So friendly! What a head on his shoulders! He knows his stuff- they all do! If anyone is looking to buy or lease a great car go to Martin Kia- they can sell Hondas as well as any other make and mode that is on a Martin lot- I will never buy or lease from anyone ewe. No hassles- no hours after hours of waiting - in and out. Done deal! My kind of dealership. 10 out of 10- you need a vehicle - go to Martin! More
Great experience! My fiance and i went to Martin Kia on Thursday because we desperately needed a new vehicle. We had already been to a few buy here pay here places and My fiance and i went to Martin Kia on Thursday because we desperately needed a new vehicle. We had already been to a few buy here pay here places and to Sheridan Pre Owned. At the buy here pay heres we only got approved for cars that looked like they would break down in a month, at Sheridan the salesman brushed us off and didn't even want to work with us when he found out what our trafe was and that was all we had to put towards a down payment. So we weren't feeling too hopeful by the time we got to Martin. We were greeted by Dan almost immediately. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us a few cars. He took us for a test drive in a new Soul we liked. Once we did the application we found out we couldn't get approved for a brand new car, but imstead of just shooing us away he walked us over to the preowned lot and showed us some nice cars and said he was going to try his hardest to get us off the lot in a nice reliable car that we loved. It took 6 hours, but by 9pm we were driving off the lot in a 2011 kia optima with the lowest payment and apr than i ever expected! The entire team we worked with was awesome and they didn't speak downt to us at all for not having a large sum for a down payment. Dan worked so hard and didn't try to pressure us into anything or try to fast talk us like normal salesmen try to do. Our whole experience was amazing and I'm recommending them to everyone i know. More

Best car buying experience EVER! I wanted to send an email to you because this weekend I purchased a vehicle at your Martin Kia dealership in Newark. I have to be honest with you; I I wanted to send an email to you because this weekend I purchased a vehicle at your Martin Kia dealership in Newark. I have to be honest with you; I HATE car buying. I despise it worse than dental surgery. I am 43 years old and have NEVER had a good car buying experience. It was always a wheelin' dealin' type situation where I felt like I was getting the shaft & all kinds of crazy extra things being pushed on me to purchase. Plus, it was always a battle with extra fees being added when I financed & warranties added that I never was even told about. I have purchased brand new & used - all experiences were the same. That is UNTIL I met Mark Grubb. I knew that I wanted to purchase a Kia because of their amazing warranties. I drove up on the lot with my hubby and Mark greeted us. He was very friendly & NOT pushy at all. He was there if we had any questions, but wasn't overwhelming or "in your face". We decided to test drive a Kia Soul. He was very quick with getting the keys and taking us on our way. My hubby drove and Mark was very informative. Telling us all about the car, the features, the amazing Kia warranties. We talked about gas mileage (cause I wanted to trade in my BMW since it was a premium gas guzzler). He was NEVER pushy and I honestly never felt like I was being "sold". It was really like hanging out with a friend who was knowledgeable about the car. I knew that we wanted to buy the car. Then we went in to do the paperwork. That was always the part that I hated the most. He was super quick, efficient, and very clear with us. I didn't feel like there were any hidden fees, or crazy added items to our deal. He even had the finance part being handled as we did paperwork with him; so in the end - all we had to do was sign on the dotted line. The car we test drove had a pretty pin stripe, but the car I picked didn't. Mark made sure that I got a pin stripe on mine too (which I ended up being able to get in my business colors which made me even more happy). I seriously cannot say enough about how amazing Mark Grubb was & how easy & painless our car buying experience was. Nothing like I have ever experienced in my adult life. I would recommend Martin Kia & Mark Grubb to ANYONE AND EVERYONE I know. I just wanted to make sure to take the time and tell you how wonderful everything was. I haven't stopped finding reasons to drive around my new car & show it off to everyone. Best experience ever! More

Everyone is always so friendly and family-like, purchasing a car is easy. They've always worked to get to a price we could afford, including my 22 year old son who is living on a part time income. Within 3 days, my husband bought a 2017 Sportage, my son a 2016 Forte and I got a 2016 Sorento. We all love our new cars. Will definitely head back to Martin Kia when it's time for another upgrade.
