Delonn made me feel confident and told me he would try his hardest & I left with a new Sorento. In my Fiat, I felt unsafe with all my children and they could barely fit. I was greeted by a sales associate Dan Carlton and after spending a few moments together he put my mind at ease and I knew that this experience was going to be different! I felt like I mattered and my wants and needs mattered too! He was down to earth, honest and funny.....total opposite of how you think car salesman are. Love my New Mazda!!! I went to Martin Mazda/Kia after putting a down payment on a Dodge Dart just to "look" since I had made my mind up and already gave a $5,000 deposit t I went to Martin Mazda/Kia after putting a down payment on a Dodge Dart just to "look" since I had made my mind up and already gave a $5,000 deposit to dodge. There at Martin Kia I was greeted by Dan Carlton, who was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. I had literally found the car I truly wanted at Mazda! I was not pressured nobody was pushy or rude and they were upfront with the numbers and I even received an interest rate that was half of what Dodge wanted. Needless to say I went right back to Dodge asked for my $5,000 deposit back and purchased my car from Dan Carlton at Mazda the very next day!! Thanks Dan for getting me into the car of my dreams!!! We had a great salesman who made our shopping experience feel like we were hanging out with a friends. We looked at other vehicles but our mind kept going back to the Mazda. When Delete repeated word went in to purchase everyone, especially our salesman, was very patient and pleasant to work with. They explained the basic controls which was a big help as I was basically going from a non "smart car" to a "smart car". We would definitely recommend them. More
