Two months ago my vehicle was totaled, and because of the computer chip crisis happening at this moment in time (September 2021) I knew couldn't delay replacing it sin vehicle was totaled, and because of the computer chip crisis happening at this moment in time (September 2021) I knew couldn't delay replacing it since cars are flying off the lots. MK had several 2022 Souls available and I rode off in my dream car. I got a fantastic deal that undercut many other dealerships in the area who were only interested in upcharging thousands for addendums and unwilling to negotiate. My salesperson, Roxana, was very kind and very present through the whole process. I felt very comfortable in comparison to dealers who I dealt with prior. Financing was a breeze and the finance manager, Mark, was able to get me a better interest rate than what my credit union offered. He went above and beyond and helped make the final purchase less harrowing and put me at ease. Excellent customer service. The free coffee was also nice and I probably drank all of it. In closing, this is a dealership that is no frills and has no interest in manipulating their customers. There were no weird mind games, no trickery, and most importantly they were fair to me. I recommend anyone in the NJ/DE/MD visit Martin if they are looking for a new vehicle because they're great to work with. More
