The young man who took care of us was very knowledgeable about my scheduled visit and showed genuine concern for our needs and comfort during our visit. His personality sure matches his job! We were made very comfortable in the waiting area and were kept informed on what was going on with my car. The service didn’t take very long at all. I was informed on what services were completed and the total cost of the service. I couldn’t have asked for any nicer treatment or for a better service departiment than what I find each time I visit Martin Kia. They’re excellent! More
