This was my visit to Martin Kia. I had brought my car in because of a Kia recall and was gotten right in for my appointment. The customer service employees were a Great !!!! As I waited on my car to be fixe because of a Kia recall and was gotten right in for my appointment. The customer service employees were a Great !!!! If I could give a zero I would I purchased a brand new Kia Sportage from the dealership. Time came for my first oil change so I made an appointment. I went in and was told that it I purchased a brand new Kia Sportage from the dealership. Time came for my first oil change so I made an appointment. I went in and was told that it would be a minimum of 1.5 hours to do an oil change. I asked why I was not told it would be that long and was told by the service writer that they have that complain very often (in fact there was another customer behind me with the same complaint). He also told me that they are instructed NOT to tell the customers that the wait time is that long. There was not a service manager on duty for me to lodge my complaint. I was told that they would have him call me. Three days pass and I have to send a message that I never got my phone call. When I do speak to him he tells me this is the first that he has heard of my complaint. After speaking to him I understand why. I might as well have been speaking to the mechanic that was sitting and playing on his phone while I would have been waiting for an oil change. I have left a message for the GM to call me since he is the one that sold me my car. To be continued..... More
