I scheduled an appointment to have my Kia Optima updated due to some recalls and system updates. Joel Turner greeted me and offered to take me anywhere in town. When I declined he walked me into the waitin due to some recalls and system updates. Joel Turner greeted me and offered to take me anywhere in town. When I declined he walked me into the waiting area while reviewing the time frame it would take. I had expected 2 hours or more. Joel offered to call me when it was ready as I explained I was getting picked up sooner. The work was completed within my expectations and Joel did call to confirm. Check out was easy and I felt very comfortable speaking with him. That’s not always the case as a female when at a car dealership. My only suggestion for improvement would be to disclosure the drop off service or ride option when customers call to make the appointment. I would have made different arrangements if I had know Kia could take me back to work. More

Well I had a bad experience at the Martin Dealership Tuesday for the first time in over 2 years. I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and I had a $29.95 coupon. To my disappointment i was char Tuesday for the first time in over 2 years. I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and I had a $29.95 coupon. To my disappointment i was charged a balance of $40. When I asked what the extra charges were I was told it was for shop Maintenance fees and Oil Disposal, none of this was stated on the coupon. I've been going to Martin for vehicle maintenance on both of my cars for a long time, and am considering going elsewhere for future oil maintenance. More
I was “almost” as pleased with the Martin KIA service department and staff as I am with the Stinger GT2 itself. I had my husband drop my kia sportage off for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday and pick it up after he gotten off work well he didnt leave it and took it back to his work and i had an appointm change and tire rotation yesterday and pick it up after he gotten off work well he didnt leave it and took it back to his work and i had an appointment at 9 am and they told my husband that they couldnt find my name in the system and i had made the appointment last week well of course they arent going to find my name in the system when they never once looked in the computer system to see that there was a 9 am appointment and told my husband that it would be 2 pm before they could get to it and thought he was going to stay with the car which he couldnt cause of work. They want to call it a misunderstanding when clearly it wasnt a misunderstanding when they never looked for my appointment time. We recently purchased a used Kia for a great price. Our salesperson Laura was fantastic. Not low pressure but no pressure to purchase. She let us make the decision on our own. We noticed a wobble in the front tire upon test drive. They agreed to fix it as part of the deal which they did. We picked up our van a couple days later and noticed a big dent in the door that wasnt there when we purchased it. They did the research and found that it did occur on the lot and are currently buying the parts to repair as new at no cost to us. Well done. More
