Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Extremely unprofessional. Service advisors and managers are almost impossible to get in touch with and other employees act like they can’t walk with. Extremely unprofessional. I went to Martin Kia to test drive a vehicle for my God-Daughter, a Telluride SX. She lives out of state and will pick-up the vehicle next week. Faith Hayes was our salesperson. Came in for an oil change and multi-point inspection, before taking a weekend road trip. Service was great. The staff kept giving me updates on where my car was in regards to the process.
