This is my 2nd time going to kia my first car was GREAT cant complain one bit this time HOW EVER. Went the 8th of March and traided my 14 kia Rio in and got an 18 dodge journey with 17000 miles on it. With cant complain one bit this time HOW EVER. With end the first two weeks I noticed how it was pouring out power steering fluid called the shop was told to bring it in so I did. Got there and found out it had a headlight problem too. But was TOLD that my car was DANGEROUS to drive cause how fast it would lose power steering fluid!! And that they was getting me a rental waited another hour or so just to be told they couldn't find one drive slow. U got two parking lots FULL of vehicles and u want me to put my 3 kids in a car you just told me was dangerous. Drove slow all the way home. The next day Easter sunday they found a rental I could use go back up their get the rental just for it to give me a low gas and tire warning by the time I hit the stop light! They had my car from sunday to Wednesday go and pick it up. Get on highway get up to speed and my car is SHAKING SOMETHING AWEFUL get off highway cant even do 50 mph without car shaking. Took it back and was told that because it sat from sunday to Wednesday that ALL 4 OF MY TIRES now have flat spots and that the shaking was nothing to be concern about!! Now flat spots are NOT CAUSED CAUSE MY CAR SAT FOR A FEW DAYS naw flatspots are caused when ur going real fast and u hit the breaks and slide!! So I went in for one problem that became such a headache and left with a bigger problem now I got to pay 400 or more for tires when they were FINE when I drop my car off More

I went in to look at used cars because the car I was driving broke down 4 times in 4 days ($500.00 in 4 days). A black Saturn with white shoe polish stating that Jim Johnson across the street had left m driving broke down 4 times in 4 days ($500.00 in 4 days). A black Saturn with white shoe polish stating that Jim Johnson across the street had left my keys in my car and it was stolen from their lot. I spent 3 years and $8,000 fixing this car up to last the rest of my life (now in junkyard). It turns out I could buy a new car. So I bought a Kia Rio and it is a very nice car with very good gas millage. As I have to drive over 100 miles every 3 months for the next 5 years to be sure I no longer have cancer. The young lady who sold me the Rio was very nice and there was no pressure to buy a car. I am very happy with the new Rio it drives out real nice. Thanks! More

Martin Kia takes excellent care of my car! Usually easy to get an appointment when you need one, and everyone is kind and courteous. They give good explanations for required service, they are just really to get an appointment when you need one, and everyone is kind and courteous. I made appt. for an oil change. At check in, left keys on desk & sat in lobby for 25 min before checked in. Then while waiting, they came to tell me its going to be a little longer do to a recall fix. They n desk & sat in lobby for 25 min before checked in. I had prior engagements to get to that I was almost late for. They should've asked me about the recall, instead of just fixing it. More
