Fast and Professional! Called to say I would be running a few minutes late for my 8:30 appt. They said they would work me in as quickly as possible. Best Car Experience I had been looking for a newer car since Christmas of 2017. EVery other dealership that I had gone to was not very helpful and didn't do much to try a I had been looking for a newer car since Christmas of 2017. EVery other dealership that I had gone to was not very helpful and didn't do much to try and keep my service. I was close to giving up when I came across Martin Kia of Bowling Green. I saw cars within my price range and decided to look further. Best decision since looking for a car. I was promptly contacted by one of the salesmen there and scheduled an appointment to come in and look at vehicles. I was greeted by Drew Shirley, who was very nice, respectful and didn't try to push me into anything. He asked what I wanted, what I was looking for and what my price range was. From there, he has done everything he could to find me the car I bought. He walked me through every step, options, helped me find new insurance and always went out of his way to ensure that I had the best experience. Thank you, Drew Shirley, for all you have done with getting me my new car. I will recommend Martin Kia to my friends and family. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. Thank you so much. I would give them 10 stars if I could. More
"Worst Service" I had a 11:30 appointment, checked in at 11:10 with Kristin, very rude, was told would be 20 minutes to fix my car.My paperwork states that they star I had a 11:30 appointment, checked in at 11:10 with Kristin, very rude, was told would be 20 minutes to fix my car.My paperwork states that they started on my car at 11:34 and that it was ready at 12:00, and this is very wrong, did not start working on it until 12:55 and was ready at 1:20. My car had a Recall for Brake pedal Stopper. Told her that I did not want any other work performed on my Kia when I checked in and also when made the appointment. When my car was backed into the bay, my sister and myself both were outside and watch , the mechanic he open the hood, took an air filter out , replaced it, walked to back of my Forte, talked to another mechanic then came around and shined a flashlight into my wheels and looked at my brakes. then Kristin came out and said my car was done and I was asked to sign 3 papers that work was complete. I asked to see where he did the work and she went to get the manager and asked her to get a unopened bag of the stoppers so he could show me the part that they installed. How could they install a brake stopper under the hood? Why not show me the opened bag that the part came out of, if they did put a part on my car? I called Kia corp. and they told me to take it to another dealership to verify that the part was installed, that the recall order was closed due to this dealership stating that they installed the part. So now I will have to pay out of pocket to verify or to have this part installed. It would seem that a business would treat a customer that has bought numerous autos (Soul,Sorento,2 Forte's) with a little more courtesy and respect. When I bought my Forte from this dealership,I had the best salesman, Jack. More

I was offered a loaner vehicle to go shop or kill time which I declined. I had expected to pay a $50 diagnosis fee but was pleasantly surprised when ideas told no charge. It's was an easy, fantastic visit...thank you! More

I went in for an Oil change for the first original (2016) Soul that I purchased in September of (2016), and instead I ended up trading it in, and cam I went in for an Oil change for the first original (2016) Soul that I purchased in September of (2016), and instead I ended up trading it in, and came home in a (Brand New 2018 Soul Fully Loaded with a Great Deal), and I love it!
