Regular car service I didn't buy my car at this dealer, but i have it serviced there. The service department procedure for scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. Either they cant find me in the system, or they cant find my scheduled appointment time, or i have to speak to 3 people before i can make an appointment made. The system is broke. Ive been going there since September 2015 and this has been my experience EVERY TIME. More

My Kia is running better then ever!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone having issues with their Kia. My motor seized up and there was no reason for it to do that. I've Been main I would recommend this dealership to anyone having issues with their Kia. My motor seized up and there was no reason for it to do that. I've Been maintaining it and having all the maintenance done and kept up on it. Thankfully there was a recall on the exact problem I had and the dealership checked it out, done a simple test and then they ordered me a new motor with no problem or issues. They paid for me a rental and when my SUV was fixed they called me and I picked it up. Very simple. Only problem was they didn't adjust the linkage for the gear shift right or forgot to do it because when I left the dealership I had not been gone 10 mins when I pulled up somewhere and went to put it in park and the shifter was in park but it wasn't in park and since I had shut it off before realizing what happened the break wasn't wanting to hold and had to put emergency brake on. But I called them and they sent a tow truck to get me and my vehicle and fixed it within about 20 mins. So overall my experience was pretty good.! So yeah I recommend this dealership. Also I never leave reviews so the service had to be pretty good for me to leave a comment. More

A few things needed work (wiper blades, a window motor switch replacement, tires balances etc) and they were completely willing to accommodate those requests free of charge pending vehicle purchase. A couple of the other sales agents were off that day for whatever reason leaving only one agent on the floor. He was pretty overwhelmed but held it together excellently, bouncing around between clients and keeping us all engaged and updated and I was able to get in and out in about 3.5hrs (had to come back for the extra work). I did get bombarded with the usual “you need to buy this extended warranty” talk from the finance department, and ultimately did buy the warranty because my manufacture’s warranty expired a year later. But if your vehicle still has 2+ years left on your warranty I wouldn’t waste my thousands of dollars on an aftermarket warranty from the finance department. Overall, from the sales and service department’s sides, an excellent experience and will be back :-) More
