First service on 2018 Kia Sportage I bought my 2018 Kia Sportage in January. My salesperson was Martell, and he was super! I called last week to get my first 5,000 mile oil change. I I bought my 2018 Kia Sportage in January. My salesperson was Martell, and he was super! I called last week to get my first 5,000 mile oil change. I was very upset, because the associate over the phone said Saturdays for service were booked for a month. I live almost an hour's drive from Bowling Green and Saturday is the only day I can take my SUV in since I work Monday - Friday. He did tell me they take walk-ins, so I told him I would be there at 7:30 on Saturday morning! I got to the service area at 7:15 and spoke with Chuck who told me he would try his best to work me in. One of the service guys happened to come in early that morning and started work immediately on my car and didn't take very long at all. Needless to say, what I was afraid was going to be a terrible experience worked out well. Chuck was super nice, gave me his card and told me to be sure to call him when I wanted to schedule my next appointment. I would definitely recommend this dealership overall. More

No Better Place To Break Down Martin Kia has been servicing our 2013 Sorento for awhile. I went there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. While there, they also found a na Martin Kia has been servicing our 2013 Sorento for awhile. I went there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. While there, they also found a nail in my tire and they fixed that as well and replaced a bulb for my brake light. When I got ready to leave I said my usual "Thank You's" and got in to start the Kia and was hit with a unexpected sound. It wouldn't start. It was either the battery or starter. Their service techs tried to determine the problem and concluded that I needed to replace both the battery and starter. I'm 75 miles away from home and I have to say I was wondering about the cost and how long I would have to be there until it was fixed, and this was also a start of a long Holiday Weekend. But I soon found out that there's not a better place to break down than at Martin Kia because they took care of me and the overall cost was reasonable, considering what the cost would have been if I broke down on the Natcher Expressway or in a parking lot somewhere in Bowling Green where I would be at the mercy of a wrecker and someone that I could rely on that could fix my problem in a timely manner and at a fair price.
