2nd Kia purchased from Martin I purchased my first Optima in 2013 from Martin and loved it. I just gave that car to my daughter and went back for a new Optima and Travis was great I purchased my first Optima in 2013 from Martin and loved it. Only place to go! I have had my Kia Sedona only serviced at Kia since it was purchased. I have always been happy, but the maintenance part. Now I am having issues with I have had my Kia Sedona only serviced at Kia since it was purchased. I have always been happy, but the maintenance part. Now I am having issues with my power door again( I was told it was fixed twice). It is now out of warranty, but I’m hopeful they will fix again since it wasn’t fixed before. Chris was great to work with. More

First service on 2018 Kia Sportage I bought my 2018 Kia Sportage in January. My salesperson was Martell, and he was super! I called last week to get my first 5,000 mile oil change. I I bought my 2018 Kia Sportage in January. My salesperson was Martell, and he was super! I called last week to get my first 5,000 mile oil change. I was very upset, because the associate over the phone said Saturdays for service were booked for a month. I live almost an hour's drive from Bowling Green and Saturday is the only day I can take my SUV in since I work Monday - Friday. He did tell me they take walk-ins, so I told him I would be there at 7:30 on Saturday morning! I got to the service area at 7:15 and spoke with Chuck who told me he would try his best to work me in. One of the service guys happened to come in early that morning and started work immediately on my car and didn't take very long at all. Needless to say, what I was afraid was going to be a terrible experience worked out well. Chuck was super nice, gave me his card and told me to be sure to call him when I wanted to schedule my next appointment. I would definitely recommend this dealership overall. More
