Feel like I got the run around Went in on a Thursday to get an oil change , tire rotated and an alignment since my car was pulling to the left well they checked my tires say they wa Went in on a Thursday to get an oil change , tire rotated and an alignment since my car was pulling to the left well they checked my tires say they was good even got the paperwork stating that well I left and my car was pulling even harder to the left so I called an made another appointment which they made for that Monday morning 4 days later I go up their and now they are telling me an alignment won't do any good cause my tires are "chopping" well if that is true why did u tell me that Thursday when I asked if my tires and everything was ok and you said yes just needed new windshield wipers so if the alignment wouldn't do any good and u rotated my tires Thursday I should have been told Thursday before wasting 80$ on an alignment More

AC problems I was traveling from WV to KY; my AC was not working properly. I called Martin Kia and spoke to Kristin (?). She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She called me to ask if I needed an oil change, which I did. She didn't call me back all day, but called early evening, stating that she had been in meetings all day. She stated that since she had not returned my call, Kia would take care of the cost of my oil change! Great surprise and great service. More

Horrible My wife and I purchased a brand new 2018 Pacifica the end of June on a Thursday night. On the Saturday after purchasing we noticed the driver's side f My wife and I purchased a brand new 2018 Pacifica the end of June on a Thursday night. On the Saturday after purchasing we noticed the driver's side front bumper was detached and sticking out. We contacted the dealer that day, let them know and they said they would get it taken care of for us. After three months of getting the run around they came and got our van on Monday September 17. The job was suppose to take a couple hours and our van was suppose to be back to us by the end of the day. At 5:00 pm we were notified that the van was not going to be returned until the following morning because the sales man had a customer come in and was unable to leave. I understand that and they had given us a loaner so that was fine for one night. The following day (Tuesday September 18) my wife tried to contact Curtis our salesman to see what the plan was. He didn't answer but text her and said he hadn't forgotten about her. Twenty to thirty minutes later he called and said, "A crazy lady has taken your keys off my desk, we have been trying to get in touch with her and are unable to." This fiasco went on all day! Tried to contact the sales manager but he was working on too many deals to worry about the fact that our keys had been stolen. Tried to speak with the general manager and he too was too busy to give us the time of day. The only person I spoke to with any common sense was Chelsey. She informed me that the lady who had taken our keys was suppose to return the keys so that they could bring our vehicle back to us with a hour and a half. Chelsey was a little off on her time as the lady didn't arrange to meet them until 6 hours later. We weren't contacted for several hours and not until we reach out to the police department was anything really resolved. My wife spoke with Ron who is supposedly is the general manager and he was extremely rude and not caring at all about the situation. It was extremely obvious that the sales department was not worried at all that my keys (car and house) were stolen off of one of their desk and my vehicle was sitting in their parking lot. My wife expressed to Ron that she was concerned that both her name and her house keys were on that key ring that the lady had. Ron simply and smartly replied;"well ma'am, what do you want me to do about it?" My wife told him we wanted new locks put on our house and our keys and car returned to us. Ron simply said;"send me a bill." Never once did he offer any type of remorse for the situation or possible ways to resolve the issue. When we finally got our van and our keys back 32 hours after it left our possession, the house key was missing along with a sentimental key chain. Thankfully Maria and Chelsey were both very helpful in a situation they really had no dog in the fight over. If I was the owner/operator of Martin, I'd fire everyone in sales and service but those two and start over. Worst 32 hours of my life when dealing with any dealership! More
ECU update I came in for an ECU update. The staff was very friendly and professional. The young lady at the service desk was extremely pleasant with a bubbly per I came in for an ECU update.
