Sherri that is over the internet part (which is how I met her) answered and texted with me for over a month befor I want to start by saying thank you. I was very hesitant because I had a horrible experience with the Wyatt Johnson Kia in Clarksville Tn and was strung along for over a month. I also work 3rd shift so texting was a must. I must of asked her a 1000 questions because I did not want to drive an hour and waste my time. Carlos the finance gentleman was awesome! It was very important to him that I truly liked the car I was trying to purchase and even since then he replies to my text. The manager of Kia was also really good to me and answered questions that I had and i liked that even tho I was very upset with the Clarksville kia (I will only ever do business with the Bowling Green Kia) he would not talk negative about them. He listened to what I said, but was very positive. That to me says a LOT about a person and business! I absolutely LOVE this place!! I will be a lifetime customer and I think this is really cool too! As long as you have your oil changed regularly at this delearship there is a lifetime guarantee on the engine. Carlos told me that it is really best to go ahead and rotate the tires too at that time.
