Lindsey, I spoke to the service manager about this and you were offered multiple options for compensation. Martin Honda took full responsibility for the unfortunate accident and offered above normal compensation to you. You received a service loaner during the time that your vehicle was being repaired ( yes it did take longer than we thought since we had to wait for parts) but you were kept informed of the progress. Thank you. I don’t have any hope of the service manager replying or doing the right thing in my situation. Eventhough the Martin service center broke the sensor in my car. They don’t want to take the responsibility like always. It’s not a new thing. I have tried sending him emails. It’s a waste of my time. They don’t care about the customers.

I just heard back from the Service Manager - when you came in for the oil change you were notified that there was a leak in your right rear tire sensor and we recommended that it be replace because the nut was seized on it. You did decline that service and took your vehicle to another tire facility. Martin Honda does care about all of our customers and we do advise on items that we find need to be repaired. It is the customer's choice for the repair to be completed or not. Thank you.
