Excellent support. The process was very fluid: from virtual interest communications and selection of a vehicle, to coordination and notification of its arrival. The staff also ensured I was aware of another vehicle's availability which ended up being a more desired vehicle and my purchase. The purchase process was regarded by them as one of the fastest ever. My only issues were as follows: 1) Once I placed a monetary hold on the vehicle, no one confirmed the vehicle hold with me. My only evidence was the credit card charge. I recommend over-communicating when handling remote transactions to assure the customer that there was no fraud and that the transaction was confirmed. 2) During the finances process, I was almost charged an extra $1K when the hold value was not accounted for. 3) I noticed a slight air leak at the driver's side window that is audible above 40 mph. The staff were notified and offered to "look at it sometime" rather than immediately schedule a fix given it had 5 miles on it when purchased only the day before. More
