I knew the car I wanted so he was constantly updating me on its arrival date and gave me suggestions to help ease the process. Once we got to the dealership everything went better than I had planned and I decided on my vehicle that first day. Although I had a time limit, Alexis was able to accommodate me for a different day, he was proactive and was able to get me the numbers in no time. On my second day I was checked in on by all the staff, making sure that I had exactly what I needed. Andrew even offered to go on another test drive and went over the vehicle’s features despite his other objectives. The finance office workers were incredibly kind and patient with this being my first experience buying a brand new car. When I chose to buy a new car at 20 years old I was certainly intimidated by everything I had heard about the car industry, Honda Martin made this a wonderful experience.
