We were passing through town on our way home to Canada, 'twas a dark and stormy night, and one of our rear brakes was making an awful noise. Instead I got an appointment immediately and three hours later were on our way home with new brake. I was greeted promptly by Clark Leitner. He was friendly, professional and not overbearing like sales people at other dealerships. I was given the opportunity to look around without feeling pressured or followed. When I had questions Clark Leitner was knowledgeable about the different Honda products and answered my questions. He took the time to listen to what my plans and needs were, made recommendations that would best suit my situation and never made me feel like I was being steered towards a car that wasn't what I wanted.
