We were passing through town on our way home to Canada, 'twas a dark and stormy night, and one of our rear brakes was making an awful noise. I called at 7 AM on a Staurday morning to get an appointment as soon as possible, expecting to spend the day in Newark. Instead I got an appointment immediately and three hours later were on our way home with new brake. With 2 kids in college I was looking to lower my car payment by buying a preowned car. I was greeted promptly by Clark Leitner. He was friendly, professional and not overbearing like sales people at other dealerships. I was given the opportunity to look around without feeling pressured or followed. When I had questions Clark Leitner was knowledgeable about the different Honda products and answered my questions. He took the time to listen to what my plans and needs were, made recommendations that would best suit my situation and never made me feel like I was being steered towards a car that wasn't what I wanted. I decided on a 2009 Honda Accord and Clark Leitner made the paperwork process quick and painless. I not only accomplished my financial goal but I also have a car that I am very happy with. I purchased an used vehicle from this dealership just about a month ago. Already, there is something wrong with my car. So the first thing I did was make an appointment for the service department. Had an appointment for 7am, believing that my car would be looked at that morning. I decided to give them a call, 8 hours later to get the status of my car. Come to find out, they didn't even take a look at it yet. I was not informed that my car would not be looked at first, as well as it not being done of course. The service department inconvenienced me a great deal, being without a car until they are finished with it. When I asked about a temporary car or a loaner car until then, Joe informed me that it wouldn't be possible. Worst experience ever! More
