I purchased my first Honda CRV yesterday and what a wonderful experience. We were fortunate enough to be greeted by Dave Eno. He also asked me great questions that helped me through the decision process. After a short test drive with Dave, I still wasn't sure and he suggested I take it out again, take my time and enjoy which I did. Needless to say, I decided it was the car for me. The cost discussion is always the part I hate but I must say this dealership was one of the best I have ever dealt with. Everyone we met was very friendly and not pushy. I never felt pressured to purchase an option or coverage I didn't need or want. Thank You Dave! I couldn't be happier. More

Upon our arrival at the showroom, we were greeted and given a thorough tour of the Odyssey. A test vehicle was provided within minutes, which was very impressive- Dave inquired about our specific needs to select the best vehicle and model within out budget. I must say, Dave and Mr. Rockwell went above and beyond in satisfying our needs. Dave is a popular guy- he had three customers waiting patiently just to see him. Overall the experience was great from start to finish. We received several calls to assess our feedback about the vehicle (no complaints). In addition to the service, we were very appreciative of the other packages provided through Honda and I recommend this to anyone. Dave is an excellent sales representative and I would highly recommend everyone to have a go at the Honda experience. More

Buying a car has always been a terrifying experience for me. I have been thinking about it for about six (6) months now. Let me tell you - Shari is EXTREMELY professional, personable, knowledgeable, funny and experienced. She made me feel like family and my business was very important to her. I felt Special (like a Queen). The process of buying cars in my past was always grueling and painful. The time it took was so very long. This time was a snap!!!! I couldn't really believe I just bought a BRAND NEW car. She was very honest with me and gave me great advise on how to improve my credit for my next car I buy from her! She also knows her product. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the car and how she explained everything I wanted to know. She even setup my bluetooth (ing) capabilities with my new GS3 phone. She didn't laugh too much when I couldn't back up correctly using the rear-view camera. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door either when I know I arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes before my appointment. She was literally just walking in for the start of her shift and hadn't even had the chance to relax before she starts. She still made me feel welcome anyway! I came into Martin Honda with very low expectations for a favorable outcome and a few days later was pleasantly surprised that this Sales Consultant can work MIRACLES!!!!! The price was reasonable and a lot better than what I expected. So I am very pleased with the cost!!! Oh, and the best thing out of this whole experience was that I left there with a brand new 2013 Honda Civic with only 7 miles on it. This experience has never happened to me ever! I haven't felt this good in a long time. Thank you Shari! I will send everybody I know to you!!!
