As I entered the showroom, Michael Pijuan immediately came over and introduced himself and asked if he could answer any questions. He was professional and courteous. We gave her a price range and she came within our range and met all of our other expectations. Even at the end as we were getting ready to drive off in our new vehicle, she checked out the vehicle and was not happy with how the mats had been installed. Our sales associate Shari Godwin was exceptional. We did not have to buy a car but were interested in the CRV. She took tthe time to go over colors and options. We were trading in a car and had a price in mind what we felt the car was worth. We also had a payment in mind that we wanted. Shari fought to get us both. So we bought the car. We were scheduled to get the car on Saturday afternoon but we called first thing in the morning and asked if we could come early, Shari promptly repled no problem.
