I went to Martin Honda in 2006 because my local Honda dealer was unwilling to work with my husband and I. After this experience my expectations wern't high. Later that day we arrived at Martin Honda, I dealer was unwilling to work with my husband and I. After this experience my expectations wern't high. Later that day we arrived at Martin Honda, I was blown away... The courtesy and desire shown to us to get the deal that we wanted was refreshing. Needless to say this brought me back to purchase my second Honda in 2008 and my third Honda Oct.28th 2011. I'm writing now to say that after my first experience I didn't think that things could get better but they did. My husband and I were met on the lot by Barry who toke the time answering our questions. We were then introduced to Shari Godwin. Shari made me feel very comfortable and truly made me feel that she was there for my best intrest. Shari toke what I said and was able to communicated it to Phil Rockwell, sales manager,so that I could leave with a new car that day. Shari and Phil together truely made us feel like valued customers. When I go back for my next Honda I will be looking forward to working with Shari and Phil. I highly recommend Martin Honda to everyone one who expects superior service along with a superior product. More

Aweful dealership. Will never buy from again and have told all my friends and family to go buy in MD. For the best price and customer service.
