She had been such a help when I bought my first new car that I knew if I could find her she would make recovering from this loss easier. And I wasn't wrong. I was thrilled to see she was still with Martin Honda, five years after my earlier purchase. When I met with her, she immediately remembered me and some of our talks from that first purchase. It was nice to not be just another sales figure in the past. I told her what happened to my FIT and she was absolutely outraged with me. Talking with Shari about what kind of car I needed - both five years ago and this year - is the easiest thing.
