My husband and I really wanted mileage that was as good as our TDI diesel VW's (he also has one) so we decided to look at the Accord hybrid. Charlie Frasso met us at the door of the Honda dealership and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He is a real "old school" salesperson but in the very best way! He is personable, knowledgeable, he follows up, he is fun and funny and gregarious. He is assertive but not overbearing. We looked at quite a few other cars at different dealerships and (aside from Martin Mazda) I was astounded at how awful the salespeople were. I can't tell you how many seemed like they didn't want to sell me a car - they didn't even bother to take my information to follow up! Anyhow, in the end, we chose the Honda Accord Hybrid and LOVE it! The process with Charlie Frasso was a total delight! How often can you say that about buying a car?! I have bought quite a few in my day and this was by far the most wonderful car buying experience I've ever had! At time of purchase we obviously dealt with others in the dealership and everyone was friendly, personable, kind and efficient. Highly recommend this dealership and Charlie! More

Third Times a Charm This was my third Honda purchase with Martin Honda and I was not disappointed. I was ready to upgrade my 9 yr old Honda Pilot for the new 2016 model This was my third Honda purchase with Martin Honda and I was not disappointed. I was ready to upgrade my 9 yr old Honda Pilot for the new 2016 model and was happy to find the new Honda Touring Pilot met my needs. Love the new deign and features! Our saleperson Charlie was fairly new but worked hard to get all our questions answered. He was very friendly and not pushy like most salespeople. I even applauded him for that! We stopped by late in the day and ended up staying well beyond closing time to make the deal. Everyone including the sales manager and finance mgr stayed late to make the purchase happen. I've bee dealing with Martin Honda for over fifteen years and will continue to purchase all my future Honda cars at this dealership. Highly recommend them for sales & service. More

This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Martin and I must say that the customer services keeps getting better and better. This is all because of our car salesman, Ed McDowell. My wife and I have dealt with many dealerships and car salesman in our lifetime, but what keeps us coming back to Martin is Ed McDowell and the family oriented atmosphere and respect Ed shows us every single time we step into that show room. Compared to almost all the salesmen/dealerships we have visited to make an attempted car purchase, Ed and Martin Honda really listens to what your needs are for a vehicle and are willing to work with you on all fronts. We live just North outside of Philadelphia and Martin is in the heart of Delaware, and we can't imagine going elsewhere to buy a car.
