Rude and not accommodating at all I bought a Honda CRV from this dealership and it will be the last vehicle I will ever buy from them. But ongoing maintenance and having to deal with this service department is completely intolerable . The telephone operators act rude when you try to make an appointment as if they are doing you a favor and trust me they're not .. The service people themselves are OK but are clearly trained to find things wrong and then soak you for every penny your worth. I finally traded in the CRV for a non-Honda product and I'm very relieved I no longer have to deal with these people . More

Great! I stopped in to test drive the CRV. Shari was very helpful and reviewed the CRV and HRV with me so I would have a better understanding of the differe I stopped in to test drive the CRV. Was treated great... We started looking for our civic at the end of 2015. We were waiting on a disability claim to come through before we were able to get the car. The salesman, Walt, took time each and every single time we went in over that year and a half to answer any questions and show us anything we asked. He could have easily blown us off knowing that we weren't ready to buy and didn't know when or if we were going to buy, but he didn't. My first [used] car was purchased here in 2005, and in 2014 I traded that car in to lease a new Honda Accord. Just recently, my old lease ended, and I am currently leasing a 2017 Accord - I not only adore my car, I also love the great experiences I've had with the Martin staff over the years. My sales representative, Carol Heyse, is absolutely wonderful! She's extremely knowledgeable and will undoubtedly ALWAYS go the extra mile for her clients to make sure they are getting what they want and need. I continue to come back to her because she does an amazing job of providing me with the proper information so I can make informed decisions about my vehicle. It's not only great when you can get the car that you want, but its also great to be able to afford it and feel comfortable about your decision. I can honestly say I've always been comfortable and confident in my buying/leasing experiences at Martin Honda! More

He make the deal so easy and now we are leasing a new 2017 Honda, love having a new car. Thank you Mike just wish you could have added the coffee maker you have at Martin.
