She was interested in the Honda CRV and close friends recommended Martin Honda and salesperson Bruce Blake. from the moment we entered the door it was a totally new and pleasant experience - all the staff was friendly and helpful. Bruce had the car cleaned and brought up for us and immediately we were being shown and educated about the 2019 HONDA. We took a long test drive as Bruce explained various features - the following conversation regarding possible purchase was pleasant and non pressured.-a a completely different one than previous high pressured sales pitches. My wife loved the car and we returned the next day to purchase it - the process flowed smoothly with a pleasant, complete explanation of each step and personally meeting the heads of those departments. Within a relatively short time period, my wife was driving it home thoroughly thrilled!
