CRV EX-L AWD Martin Honda exceeded all my expectations. Due to COVID-19, I wanted minimize my time at the dealership. Thus I contacted the internet department an Martin Honda exceeded all my expectations. Due to COVID-19, I wanted minimize my time at the dealership. Thus I contacted the internet department and let them know I wanted everything to be finalized over the phone so I could just get in and out ASAP and make sure they could accommodate this. Eric Damiani was immediately on board. We efficiently came to an agreeable price and then he told me what to scan over so he could get all the paperwork completed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was met at the door by the Sales Manager, Phil Rockwell, who greeted by name though we'd never met and immediately handed me the keys to the CRV for a test drive. - a true class act. The CRV was sitting right outside all prepped and ready. After a quick ride ensuring the CRV was working properly, I returned to be lead right into Finance. Kim Spencer was all ready - The price was as agreed with no nonsense and she even arranged for the insurance to be switched from my returned lease to the CRV. While I was in Finance, my salesman, Will Anderson took care of getting the temp tag on and transferring all my belongings from my old car to the new. As soon as I was done in Finance, I got a quick and informative tutorial from Will on the features of the CRV and I was on my way. Painless! The dealership was clean with hand sanitizer and clear Plexiglas "sneeze" shields everywhere. Social distancing and masking was followed by all. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had and appreciated them taking COVID-19 seriously. I highly recommend Martin Honda if you are in the market and will definitely use them in the future. More
