Bad experience Took my Ram truck in for oil change and tire rotation. 11 o'clock appointment and my vehicle wasn't even pulled into the bay until 11:45. After my vehicle was completed, no one came to let me know that it was finished. I spent over 2 hours there for this simple service. Most of the staff in the service department were very disinterested in providing friendly service. They seemed like they were just there to collect a paycheck. More

Took care of weary travellers We were traveling home (Evansville) from Nashville and our alternator went out completely. We were "stranded" at a gas station approximately 30 miles We were traveling home (Evansville) from Nashville and our alternator went out completely. We were "stranded" at a gas station approximately 30 miles from Bowling Green. We used AAA to get our car towed to the dealer. Ben and his crew were fantastic to deal with and completely understood the urgency of our situation. They had the part in stock and were able to process our extended warranty information. Their fantastic shuttle driver took us to the mall to eat and before we were done, they had called and the car was ready to go. We've had NO issues since and have nothing but wonderful things to say about our new friends in Bowling Green. Thanks so much to Martin's Service Dept. As far as we're concerned - it couldn't have gotten much better. More
Nightmare We were preapproved by Capital One when we went to Martin Dodge. We quickly found a truck we wanted and went to financing ( richard) We were TOLD that We were preapproved by Capital One when we went to Martin Dodge. We quickly found a truck we wanted and went to financing ( richard) We were TOLD that Capital one would not finance the truck so it was suggested we go to Chase. We were TOLD Chase then turned us down...but oh then they didnt if it was just in my name. Now everytime this happened we had to go BACK to the dealership since we drove away with the truck. Thats right we were approved each time only to find out later that we werent. Turns out we were not turned down from Capital one and the only reason we had a problem with chase was due to richard putting my wife on the purchase. Richard lied to us at every turn. Had he been honest in the beginning we would not have had the constant driving back to the dealership and the worry that at anytime we would have to bring the truck back. PLUS the tags he gave us expired of course since this process took over TWO MONTHS. When I called and asked for tags I was told I had to come BACK to the dealership ( 35 minutes away) I told richard i would expect him to bring them to us and which time he just laughed and said that wasnt happening. More
Best Car Buying Experience Ever Just after Christmas a deer jumped out in front of my oldie but beloved 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan. She had over 250,000 miles on her but ran great! Had a few cosmetic issuse, but you know as we mature...Lol. Knew we would probably be looking for a replacement in semi near future. Everyone is fine (except the poor Deer). Filed with insurance, well they did not have the same appreciation of the value of my beloved 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan with 250,000 miles on her as we did. They totaled her! So with the much appreciated and informative recommendations from Becky Watts, Service writer at Martin Dodge, we talked with Sales rep AJ Moore and Bought our new 2016 Dodge Grand caravan! The whole experience was amazing. They worked very hard, listened to what we needed and wanted. Everyone we worked with were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. From finding the exact van we wanted, to the warranties, to protection products, to the financing we needed. They addressed every question and concern we had. Highly recommended! Thank you again Becky Watts, Service Writer, and AJ Moore, Sales rep. for the ease and peace of mind. More
