This was my first time going to this particular dealership for an oil change. I had just bought the vehicle and it has always been dealer serviced so I wanted to continue to do so. When I checked i dealership for an oil change. I had just bought the vehicle and it has always been dealer serviced so I wanted to continue to do so. When I checked in I verified that my air filter would be checked. I was told that it would be included in the multi-point inspection. When I went to pick my van up, I asked if the cabin air filter was checked as well. The guy said "it should have been". I had a feeling it hadn't been, so I went to an auto parts store and pulled it out myself. It was filthy. I do understand the cabin filter is a pain to get to and it was a Saturday morning. So that I can forgive, but since they didn't check that one I thought I would go ahead and check the air filter under the hood to be sure it was okay. It was very dirty. The guy was literally right beside it to pour in the oil and he didn't even bother to check it. I'm just lucky I happen to be a woman who knows something about cars and could change the filters myself, but based on this experience I will not be returning. More

Upon my arrival Jessica, Trish and Mo personally greeted me with a huge friendly welcome to the Dodge Family and their service department. They were kind and very efficient in getting me in and out of service. My Tech guy Cody was awesome as well as he answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and professional and allowed me to look at my new purchase while he had it up on the rack. I am very happy with Mo, Trish and Jessica and will continue to take my new purchase to their service department. DAH More
Trish greeted me with a smile and plenty of kindness. This dealership is concerned about their customers needs always. They went over every step taken to deliver safety to me. I have reviewed this company once in November after supposedly having my solenoid replaced. They blamed everything on a employee who they fired right after I did my repairs who was also not the mechani supposedly having my solenoid replaced. They blamed everything on a employee who they fired right after I did my repairs who was also not the mechanic working on my car. I was charged 1387 dollars and my car was not repaired at all. I returned the car 3 days later and was told my alternator now needed replacing but was not bad or having issues when they performed a 200 dollar diagnosis 16 days prior. The car was on their lot for 14 of those days. I took my car back to them on 4 separate occasions for the original issue which was high RPMs and low speed on my Chrysler 200. The 4th time they had my car for 9 days and never called me nor did they fix, touch or test drive the vehicle (same as the prior 3 returns). I checked mileage at drop off and pick up. Every time they tried to convince me it was my tire bearing or my break light switch (both of which I replaced myself to prove it wasn't the issue causing high RPMs because that's stupid) I took my car to have the alternator repaired with another company where they performed an extensive diagnostic test for free (due to my horrible experience) which pulled the code for the Solenoid A they claimed to of replaced. I paid them 1600 to fix my car and they never even touched it. The lady that works there (who is not a mechanic) continually challenged my intelligence and insisted I was lying about the fact that my car was not fixed. All I wanted was the repairs I paid for. My car was clearly not repaired I have other people and another mechanic that drove and inspected my car also have another diagnostic test performed that shows the solenoid code reading. I asked them to give me the old part and they refused and stated that "if they said they fixed it, they did." I had to use Uber for almost 1 mth due to not having my vehicle. You haven't been able to drive the car more than 3-5 miles from home in the last 5 mths. I am now in the process of taking the matter to court as they refused to honor their dealership guarantee and fix the issue I paid 1600 dollars for for!!!! If you are a female take someone with you. If you're a black female just don't go!! These people pick and choose who they're going to rip off. I've had my car for 7 years and I have never ever went to have repairs and this happened anywhere else in Bowling green. I have no reason to lie. It's disheartening that this really happens to people and they don't give a xxxx about your financial situation. I literally spent my entire income for 3 weeks worked (3 weeks before Christmas with 3 children) to fix my car only to still be without it 5 months later. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my 38 years of life. How dare they treat people this way. More
