Great Experience, very easy! I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass with the help of Curtis Hockersmith and Maria Burchett. Curtis was so friendly, fun and his energy made us feel so excite I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass with the help of Curtis Hockersmith and Maria Burchett. Curtis was so friendly, fun and his energy made us feel so excited! Maria was also fun and helped us get the best deal we could! A lot of people are afraid to trust a saleman/woman, let me promise you, these 2 were the MOST trustworthy I've ever met! The managers and the finance department were awesome and helped us find the best packages to protect our new vehicle! I highly recommend this place to buy a new vehicle and go see Curtis and Maria!!! Ram 1500 oil change and tire rotation service When I made the appointment, I was sent to the Kia shop since the Dodge shop lube guy had just resigned. So I show up for the appointment and the Kia When I made the appointment, I was sent to the Kia shop since the Dodge shop lube guy had just resigned. So I show up for the appointment and the Kia guy had no idea about me and sent me to the Dodge service center. The Dodge service center still does not have a lube guy and the service person says she will work it in with the Kia service center. I bought the truck from this dealer but they did not have me in their system, which seems to be poor on them. I appreciate their shuttle driver, I gave her a time to pick me up that afternoon and she was right on time. Another pet peeve, any tire store you buy a set of tires, you get free rotation. Dealers who sell a new vehicle should give free tire rotations for those new vehicles. More

When I went to pick my truck up they said that the vibration might have been from the tires because they got rotated wrong the last time and it should get better . So I have been driving since then and it's still has a vibration when stopping. More

Service Appointment I brought my car in for an oil change, had to make an appointment and then they tell me that it will be awhile because they’re behind—Okay, so be it. I brought my car in for an oil change, had to make an appointment and then they tell me that it will be awhile because they’re behind—Okay, so be it. Then, I hear my car started and I quickly learn whoever is driving it, cannot drive stick shift well (AT ALL). I said something to the people over in service about whoever is driving my car, I got a rude response. Last time I will be bringing my car over here due to lack of customer service and because whoever was driving my vehicle probably burnt up my fairly new (expensive) clutch a bit. Also, had to come to the Dodge dealer because the Mitsu dealer shut down and moved their service into the Crysler-Jeep-Dodge dealer. More
Purchase of a Dodge Grand Caravan My wife and I called into Martins to see if they had eny used Dodge Grand Caravans for sale. We met the sales Manager Mark Harrah and he said that they had just traded for one but was not cheched or cleaned yet but we could try it if we wanted. The van drove great and he made a good deal for us so we prchased the van. Mark said it would be a few days before we could pick it up so they could go through and check it out and clean it. The day we picked it up we see it out front all cleaned and looking nice. Mark was waiting to turn over the van to us and also had filled the van with gas. Thanks for a great perchaseing exsperiance and will be dealing with Martins again. Thanks Tom More
Worst experience yet I have had trouble with this dealership in the past. After my third visit for the same issues that were not corrected the first time, I can barely giv I have had trouble with this dealership in the past. After my third visit for the same issues that were not corrected the first time, I can barely give a 1 star rating. After having my vehicle for a month, nothing had been done. After a month I was told they did in fact detect a clunking sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. The service manager told me to drive the vehicle until the problem worsened and maybe they would be able to fix it later! What a joke! 0 of the 5 issues with the vehicle were fixed over the month they had my vehicle. I eventually had to take my keys back and leave, only to take it elsewhere and pay out of pocket when it was covered under warranty. More
